What are the rules for returns?

Damaged package:

Visible damaged package: DO NOT OPEN before documenting with photos, report to the delivery service immediately.

Damaged item inside the package: document with a photo and report to allskonslandning@gmail.com as soon as possible.

 

Incomplete or wrong item:

Incomplete item: document with a photo and report to allskonslandning@gmail.com as soon as possible what is missing. 

Wrong item: if you received the wrong item, document with a photo and report to allskonslandning@gmail.com as soon as possible.

 

Right of Withdrawal:

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days to request a return from the date you received the item.

Notify us at allskonslandning@gmail.com as soon as possible.

14-Day Withdrawal Period in the EU If goods are delivered within the EU, you have the right, notwithstanding the above, to withdraw from or return the order within 14 days, without needing to provide any particular reason.

As stated above, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.

For a withdrawal, the buyer is responsible for the return postage. The purchase amount will be refunded.

 Exceptions/Items Not Eligible for Return Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (for example, food, flowers, or plants), customized products (for example, special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (for example, cosmetics). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Unfortunately, we can not accept returns of sale items or gift cards.

 

Refunds:

We will notify you when we have received the complaint, and whether the refund is approved or not.

If the refund is approved, it will be automatically issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that it may take some time before the bank or credit card company processes the return so that it shows up for you.
